Hey there,
this was a long overdue painting my stepdaughter asked me to do.
I finally took some hours and tried my best to get this owl done in Photoshop.
After a few tries to draw the feahters I went with a normal round brush used in the smudge tool.
I changed the brush setting, more specific the spacing and the scattering and stared to blend all the colors together.
For now I am happy with the first result and I am looking forward to the next drawing where I’m gpoing to try to get more realistic with the feathers.
Not sure when this will be though.
